Who operates this website
Soudal Singapore is operated locally by PFE Technologies Pte Ltd, an authorised Singapore distributor of Soudal products. We handle personal data in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
Enquiries and business records
If you contact us, we may process your name, contact details, organisation, product and project information, message, and files you choose to provide. We use that information to answer the enquiry, provide technical support, prepare quotations, fulfil requests, maintain business records, and protect our services. Please do not send identity documents or unrelated sensitive information.
Google Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, navigation, product interest, and engagement. When Analytics storage is enabled, Google Analytics sets first-party cookies including _ga and _ga_<property-id> to distinguish pseudonymous visitors and sessions. It may process page and interaction data, referral information, browser and device details, approximate location, and a pseudonymous client identifier.
We do not intentionally send enquiry-form contents, names, email addresses, phone numbers, attachments, or other direct identifiers to Google Analytics. Analytics data is retained according to the configured Google Analytics property settings. Where the website displays cookie choices, Google Analytics honours those choices through Google Consent Mode. You can also delete or block Analytics cookies in your browser settings or use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Service providers, security, and retention
Hosting, communications, analytics, and other providers may process limited information needed to deliver their services. Ordinary server logs may contain technical request data for delivery, security, and diagnosis. We do not sell personal data. We retain information only while reasonably needed for the purpose collected, legal obligations, dispute handling, security, and recovery.
