Choose the applicator and cleaner for the job

PU foam tools and cleaner for consistent application.

The local range includes the compact foam gun and the cleaner needed to keep compatible gun-grade systems working reliably.

Product selection

Start with the job, then choose within the family.

A foam gun gives finer flow control than a disposable straw and can make repeated work easier. It needs to be attached, adjusted, stored and cleaned correctly to keep working well.

Gun and Foam Cleaner removes fresh, uncured foam and purges compatible applicators. Fully cured foam is removed mechanically or with a dedicated cured-foam remover. Test sensitive finishes and follow the SDS.

Choose by application

Compare the requirements for each job.

01

Choose the matching system

Match gun-grade and straw-grade cans with the correct applicator.

02

Control the bead

Use the adjustment screw and trigger progressively for controlled dosing and less waste.

03

Clean before cure

Maintain the gun and deal with spills while the foam is still fresh, using the specified cleaner and PPE.

04

Store safely

Follow the aerosol storage limits and depressurise damaged or contaminated applicators safely.

Accessories

Gun and Foam Cleaner

An acetone-based aerosol for cleaning compatible PU-foam applicator guns and removing fresh, uncured PU foam. Cured foam requires mechanical removal or a dedicated cured-foam remover.

Accessories

Compact Foam Gun

A lightweight professional applicator for controlled dispensing of threaded gun-grade PU foams. Maintain it with a compatible fresh-foam cleaner.

Singapore conditions

Plan for the climate and the way the product will be used.

A clean, well-controlled applicator reduces waste and gives more consistent results, especially when a job involves many small penetrations or frame joints.

For the best result

Use cleaner with good ventilation, protect nearby finishes, keep it away from ignition sources, and follow the SDS for handling and disposal.
