Mix Soudaplug ST with clean water to form a fast-setting mortar for active leaks, cracks, honeycombing and repair work in suitable concrete, masonry or stone.
The mortar sets within a few minutes. Prepare the opening and materials before mixing, follow the water ratio precisely and use it as the finishing layer with Soudapack WST where that system detail is specified.

Confirm that a rapid-setting hydraulic mortar suits the leak, substrate and water pressure, and provide a route for the water while you work.
Cut or rake the crack, hole or joint back to sound material and remove loose concrete, dust and laitance.
Mix only the quantity you can place within the very short working time, using clean water at the stated powder-to-water ratio.
Press the stiffening mortar firmly into the opening and hold it in place until it has set and the flow has stopped.
