Product description

Cleaner panel and block bonding

Soudabond Easy replaces mixing for suitable insulation panels, plasterboard and non-load-bearing interior blockwork. Its foam structure can bridge small surface irregularities while allowing work to continue sooner than many mortar-based methods.

Application essentials

Wear eye protection and gloves, ventilate the area, shake the can and prepare the surfaces as directed. Apply the bead pattern in the technical data sheet, wait for tack and press firmly. For structural or fire-rated fixing, use it only where the project design specifically includes the product.

Read the current SDS, ventilate the work area and wear the specified gloves and eye protection before using an aerosol PU foam.

Ensure the surfaces are stable and free from dust and grease. Where appropriate for the selected foam, a light water mist can support moisture curing.

Shake the can thoroughly, connect the correct straw or foam gun, and dispense with the can in the orientation shown in the instructions.

Fill only part of the cavity so the foam can expand. For deep gaps, work in layers and follow the product guidance for moistening between layers.

Remove fresh foam with the specified cleaner. Once cured, trim mechanically and protect exposed foam from sunlight and weather.
