Preparation and applicationFollow the product instructions step by step.

Use the guidance and documents for your chosen product. Contact us if the English TDS or SDS you need is not listed below.

  1. 01

    Read the current SDS, ventilate the work area and wear the specified gloves and eye protection before using an aerosol PU foam.

  2. 02

    Ensure the surfaces are stable and free from dust and grease. Where appropriate for the selected foam, a light water mist can support moisture curing.

  3. 03

    Shake the can thoroughly, connect the correct straw or foam gun, and dispense with the can in the orientation shown in the instructions.

  4. 04

    Fill only part of the cavity so the foam can expand. For deep gaps, work in layers and follow the product guidance for moistening between layers.

  5. 05

    Remove fresh foam with the specified cleaner. Once cured, trim mechanically and protect exposed foam from sunlight and weather.
